Sheela A. De Felipe

Sheela joined IIRR-Panay Learning Community Program in Ivisan as the Office Assistant and has been with the institute since 2015. She currently provides administrative and logistics leads to the implementation of the project which includes recording, filing, storage and easy retrieval of project files, takes care of supplies and materials, develop and update simple data base, assist in finance-related transactions, and perform other related responsibilities as may be assigned or delegated from time to time of the Project. Sheela holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, major in Management from Capiz State University.
