Carlo is IIRR Philippine Program’s Field Assistant in Guinayangan, Quezon and has been with the Institute since 2015. He works with the Learning Community on Livestock projects, Mangroves Rehabilitation and other community-based adaptation strategies on climate resilient agriculture. Carlo holds a Bachelor degree in Agriculture, major in animal science from Southern Luzon State University.
