Joanna B. Dalusag

Jowen has 20 years of working experience in rural development work.  She has been with IIRR’s Philippine Program for three years now. She provides technical support and development in DRR-CCA programs in Cavite, Panay and Quezon Learning Communities. Prior joining IIRR, Jowen worked as Rice Watch and Action Network (R1)’s Project Coordinator for Climate-resiliency Field School (CrFS). From 1997 to 2009, she worked with Philippine Peasant Institute (PPI) and Centro Saka Inc, where she honed her skills in information, education, and campaign (IEC), advocacy, coordination, alliance and network building. Jowen has a Bachelor’s of Arts in Communications from St. Paul College of Manila.
