Berhane joined IIRR in 2017 as a Senior Accountant for IIRR Ethiopia. Prior to joining IIRR, Berhane worked with governmental, nongovernmental and consultancy organizations for about 8 years as an Accountant. She holds a Bachelor of accounting degree from Unity University College.
